The team that installed my windows was outstanding from start to finish. Every employee was highly professional and patiently answered all of my questions. They cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even moved my furniture back exactly where I needed it. Matt, Roy, Charles, and Dan were all courteous, personable, and a pleasure to have in my home. I highly recommend them!

I had a couple issues with a few windows and Daniel and Steve came today to take care of them. They were professional and friendly and had the job done quickly and to my satisfaction.
We had all of our windows, patio door and garage service door replaced in 2017 by Bill and his staff at Window World in Valparaiso. They did a great job and we’ve been very happy with everything. They’re a very good company to do business with and I highly recommend them.

I was very impressed with how Window World handled an issue. I had new windows installed 2 years ago and this year the seal broke on one of the windows (constant foggy window.) I called, they looked me up, asked which window and just ordered the replacement. I'm pretty used to pushback when I report problems with other companies, and expected the same here. To my absolute surprise and delight, none of that happened with Window World.
When the window came in, they sent Anton over to install it. He was very friendly and efficient. It took about 10 minutes to pop the old unit out and put the new one in.
The window is fixed with a minimum of fuss. A+ for customer service.

Ashton and Danyil came and delivered exceptional service. Professional, personable and very clean. Can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend them. 100% Thank you guys for a fantastic job. They were here all day. Didn't leave till all my questions were answered and did the walk thru to make sure I was happy with their service. Doesn't get any better than that. Thank you 😊

We had a wonderful experience with Window World, and I cannot say enough good things about our installers, Ashton and Tristan! They were professional, friendly, respectful, and did an outstanding job from start to finish.
They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and took great care to make sure everything was installed correctly. They kept the work area clean and were very respectful of our home. They also took the time to explain things and make sure we were happy with everything before they left.
The quality of their work and their attention to detail really stood out. Ashton and Tristan are a fantastic team and truly represent what excellent customer service and workmanship should look like.
I highly recommend Window World, and especially Ashton and Tristan.

I am very happy with Matt and Charles. They did a terrific job. My windows look great. The trim work is fabulous. Very happy with all the work that window workers. Matt and Charles did on my sunroom. I've waited a long time to get this done. Now I will be able to use the room at three seasons every year. 😀
