What an easy 5-star review! Everything went great from the estimate process to the installation. We couldn't have asked for a more professional installation of our French door. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up as they went leaving no messes. Such an easy recommendation to use Window World of Northwest Indiana for your project. You won't be disappointed. The door is beautiful and looks great! Highly recommended!

I love my new windows. From the sales team to the installers, they were professional and courteous. Brandon showed me several options for what I was looking for and helped me make the right pick for my house…not the most expensive ones…the ones that were best for ME. The install crew worked tirelessly throughout the day and made sure every window worked exactly like it should before they left. Highly recommend this group.

We had 19 windows replaced today. The professionalism was beyond amazing. They introduced themselves when they got here, told me the plan and got to it. They completed it in 1 day! Absolutely amazing. They cleaned up after and made sure everything was perfect. I cannot recommend Window World enough. From the start of getting a quote to the finished product. Highly highly recommend.

Yesterday we had 4 windows and a sliding patio door installed. After introducing themselves, they spread drop cloths through the whole house which we were impressed with. Their workmanship is impeccable. They were very professional and very courteous. They explained the operation of the windows and door. They completely cleaned their work area. Before leaving, they asked if we had any questions. We would highly recommend Window World. You will not be disappointed. Thank you.

We had 17 windows replaced, 9 of which were on the second floor. The crew that came out was incredible. They showed up at 8:30 and worked until 6:30 to get the job done in 1 day. Top quality windows, great price, awesome service. Cannot say enough good things about this company.

Several years ago Window World installed 4 patio doors at my house which came with a lifetime warranty. Had problem with one of the door locks and they scheduled an appointment to fix it on a Saturday between 2-5. About 10 min after 5:00 Charles called and said he was running late and asked if it was still ok for him to come anyway. We said yes and he didn’t get here until about 6:30. He fixed the lock very quickly and we really appreciate Charles dedication and quality of work. Not many employees would be working at 7:00 pm on a Saturday night. Also there was no charge for the service, covered under warranty. We Highly recommend Window World.

Aaron was very thorough when it came to providing me with a detailed quote. I initially called for a window quote (as a repeat customer) but ended up getting a quote on an exterior door instead. When it was all said and done the entire entryway was rebuilt and replaced. From the sill, to the threshold to the trim. Everything.
Charles and Justin worked endlessly to achieve perfection. The trim looks flawless and the door adds charm to my home. The skill and knowledge that the crew has is priceless. I am extremely happy and would have this crew back in the future.

I don’t even know where to start which part of the experience was the best every single person in this company from the people that answer the phone the people that give estimates to the people that come out and do the actual work. Every one of them has been nothing short of amazing, pleasant, and wonderful to come in contact with, the prices here my mind compared to other places I had part of my windows installed yesterday. I am so excited to get the rest of them done. I am so glad someone recommended this company to me. The quality of the work is excellent The quality of the people are excellent! Co deserves six stars not even 5
